Swing & Roll

Instructor: Tiffany Description: Swing and Roll — Using a classic kettlebell, foam roller and the BOSU® balance trainer, get ready to transform yourself but with an emphasis on recovery. Intervals of advanced kettlebell combinations, drills on the BOSU® followed by myo-fascia release on the foam roller will challenge and improve all parts of the body. You will literally feel stronger with recovered, eased muscles and more accomplished when you walk out the door.
