Instructor: Beth Class Description: Cycle — A stationary bike workout including sprints, lifts, climbs and jumps all while riding to motivating music. Destroy calories and blast your legs into awesome shape! Please bring a towel and water. Note: Hip Hop Cycle has more dance-style music and incorporates upper body movements on the bike. SculptCycle is traditional cycle exercises combined with strength intervals and/or circuit stations.
