Instructor: Chris Class Description: Yoga Flow — Flow through a series of postures linking breathe to movement to enhance strength, flexibility and the mind-body connection. The class includes deep stretching and relaxation. It’s recommended to bring your own mat. Note: Power Yoga Flow is more intense incorporating longer holds and strength moves which flows a bit faster.
